SCHOOL EXPERIENCE SURVEY UPDATE

All parents can fill out the survey online at : http://schoolsurvey.lausd.net  . If your child did not bring home the envelope with a code you can use their birth date to complete the survey.

Student surveys were completed in class, but students that were absent can fill them out online as well at the above site. If you have any further questions please let me know.

SCHOOL EXPERIENCE SURVEY COMING HOME

We have received the School Experience Surveys for the School Report Card and will be distributing them out during 3rd period March 22 (one survey per household).

IMPORTANT: Families may complete the form online BUT they must have the individual numerical code that is on the paper survey (to determine the correct response rate).

The website is: http://schoolsurvey.lausd.net.  Online deadline is April 9th.

If you are completing the form on paper, all forms are to be turned in by Thursday, March 28 to your child’s teacher.

If you have any questions filling out the form please visit our Parent Center 7:45 – 11:30 AM or contact Mr. Kleinman in Room 103.

JUNIOR HONOR SOCIETY – MEMBERSHIP ENROLLMENT

SPRING 2012 APPLICATION

Starting February 14, 2012 applications for membership in the National Junior Honor Society are available on the counter of the counseling office. Come by to see if you are eligible for membership. You must have leadership and community service experience as well as a 3.0 or higher and no U’s since 6th grade.
